Battery run-time depends on the terrain, speed mode, and rider weight, but typically ranges from 30 to 60 minutes. Our industrial-grade lithium-ion batteries can be swapped quickly for extended riding sessions.
What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?
We offer standard ground shipping across the continental United States. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do STACYC bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all new STACYC stability cycles come with a limited 90-day warranty on the battery and a 1-year warranty on the frame and non-electrical components against manufacturing defects.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
